Isaiah Colton?

In 2013, Isaiah invested in a brokerage to help agents and homeowners in the residential real estate market. Over time, he became dissatisfied with the brokerage's growth, so he consulted with his wife about leaving his job as V.P. of Sales and Marketing and taking over the brokerage’s operations. He and his wife had a newborn baby, so the timing was unsettling. Reluctantly, his wife agreed to give him six months to turn the brokerage into something that could help support their family’s needs. Isaiah took the challenge on and went for it.

Isaiah and his team quickly built a business after he left his job, offering a new broker referral generation service. They did this through traditional sales models, which, by most people's standards, were successful, winning several awards and being recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the country. They grew the company to $15,000,000 in contracted sales and received a 3rd party valuation of over $50,000,000.

The problem was that the business was built on a transactional mindset, with not enough repeat or referral business coming in, causing major concern. At this point, Isaiah learned about the flywheel method of marketing and decided to use it in his business. After seeing the impact the model had on the business from 2020 to 2022, he transformed the company into a digital marketing and consulting service, restructured his management team, refined the company's vision, and offered a specific service to help other companies make this transformation to a new and better marketing model.

Isaiah and his team developed the step-by-step road map called the "Sales Acceleration Blueprint". This method uses a 360-degree sales and marketing approach along the “flywheel” methodology to build a business.
