Isaiah Colton grew up in the small farm town of Attica, New York. He gave college a shot, but it didn’t take long to realize classrooms weren’t his thing. What he did figure out early on? He had a knack for marketing and sales — and that gift set him on a completely different path.
After building a successful brokerage with his two partners, they launched a referral program that caught fire so fast it landed them on the Inc. 500 list as the 308th fastest-growing company in America.
That experience opened Isaiah’s eyes: with the right systems (and a lot of hustle), businesses can grow faster than most people ever imagine. Now, he spends his time helping real estate teams and small business owners do the same — only this time with the unfair advantage of AI.
Through Real Estate Nexus (REN) and its ecosystem of services — REN 360, RENegade CEO, REN Lead Machine, and REN Home Advisors — Isaiah is on a mission to empower entrepreneurs to scale 7- and 8-figure businesses without sacrificing faith, family, or freedom.
